Randy Stauder
Randy Stauder is the founder of Arboroak Capital Partners. He currently serves as President of AmBath Services, where he directs strategy, operating systems, and national project execution. A partnership between Saturday Capital and Arboroak, AmBath is building a repeatable, asset-light renovation model serving hotels across the country.
Before Arboroak, Randy was a founding member of the Private Markets practice within a leading financial services firm, where he spent over a decade investing more than $2 billion across private equity, venture capital, real estate, and private credit.
Randy’s operating approach blends institutional investment rigor with hands-on leadership and an affinity for the old school gritty small business entrepreneurship. He believes lasting value comes from alignment, simplified workflows, modernized execution, and discipline—not financial engineering.
He lives in St. Louis with his wife Kaitlyn and their dog Penny.
